Exchange and Return Policy for Valsglam Deluxe Hair Company

It is a pleasure doing business with you and we say thank you for trusting our service and purchasing products from VALSGLAM.COM. The entire team at Valsglam works tirelessly to provide the best hair quality to our valuable customers as you know, our brand value is quality over quantity and customer satisfaction is our top priority. Part of building trust with our customers is the reason why we offer an all-inclusive Return and Exchange Policy that is fair to both parties. Please, read carefully the conditions that apply to these policies:

  • Exchange and Returns can be accepted to products that have not be altered (including products with company tags, not worn, not combed out, cut, and used).
  • Exchange and Returns can be accepted within 2-7 days upon signed delivery
  • Exchange and Returns can be accepted WITH a clear visible photo of unaltered item.
  • There will be NO EXCHANGE AND, OR RETURN for customized hair (hair after coloring, bleached, dyed, fit to head, etc) AND Products bought on clearance.
  • There will be a shipping charged fee of $20 for any returned or exchanged products.
  • There will be a One-time company complimentary exchange for any product purchased.
  • Exchanges and Returns are processed within 2 business days after the original purchased item is received by the company.

NOTE: Please keep in mind that there are processes associated with the exchange and return policy; which is as follows:

  1. Please contact us via sales@valsglam.com within 7 business days of your retained copy of the receipt. Please give a detailed reason (WHY) of your email, including the order number. Only one email is needed at a time.
  2. Upon receiving your email, a customer representative will be corresponding via email and return/exchange request will be processed within 2 business days (Except Holidays), after which an address will be sent to you for returns.
  3. Upon receiving the shipping address from VALSGLAM, please refrain from sending packages to us from other shipping company except for postal express (Canada Post). For those outside of the country, please use your country Postal services. For example, USPS for USA residents.
